As simple as it gets! Low sugar, low alcohol, refreshing and light, but still flavoursome. This drink packs less than 50 calories a dose.
· 15ml Gin or vodka*
· 3-4 dashes of bitters
· A wide strip of citrus peel
· Soda to top
Build the ingredients in a highball with lots of ice. Express plenty of the citrus peel oils into the drink as you’re building.
*Or other spirit of your choosing – whisky or tequila will give a greater perception of strength, for example.
