Grasshopper by Sam Jeavons, Burlock, London.

25ml Homemade chocolate liqueur with Plantation original dark rum
25ml Creme de menthe
25ml Milk
25ml Single cream

Shake and strain into a snifter. Garnish with grated coconut chocolate.
