30ml Italian Spritz
15ml Rhubarb shrub*
15ml Tio Pepe sherry
50ml Soda water
Build ingredients into a wine glass with ice and garnish with fresh rhubarb stripes.
*Rhubarb shrub: 2 parts white sugar, 1 part apple cider vinegar, 1 part freshly pressed rhubarb juice.
