20ml Lyre’s Coffee Originale
10ml Banana cordial*
60ml Coconut water, carbonated
Build in a whiskey tasting glass and garnish with a banana chip.
*Banana cordial: Chocolate tea leaves; 1 banana; 300g sugar; 6 dashes peptinex. Brew chocolate tea by steeping 1.5 bar spoons tea leaves with 300ml water. Blend 300ml chocolate tea with banana and sugar until sugar has fully dissolved. Add peptinex and stir. Keep at room temperature and strain.
