Created for a magazine cocktail competition, this found its way onto the Milk & Honey menu and never really left it – probably the longest-standing recipe on the list, and a testament to quite how good simple cocktails with sherry can be.
40ml London dry gin
15ml Fino sherry
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup
2ml Orange bitters
Shake hard and strain into a coupette glass with a pink grapefruit twist.
