What is it? “A Bolivian gin distilled at 4,000m above sea level, this one has Andean ingredients like ulupica, huacataya, quirquina, chilli pepper and khoa on a base of grapes. The producer makes Bolivian singani – a pomace brandy, hence the grape connection.”
