45ml Strawberry and jalapeño puree*
35ml Elderflower vodka**
5ml Lemon juice
Dash of clamato juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a tall glass. Top up with clamato juice and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
*Strawberry and jalapeño puree: 90g frozen strawberries; 10g jalapeño; 60ml sugar syrup (1:1). Blend all the ingredients and strain out.
**Elderflower vodka: 2g dried elderflower; 400ml vodka. Infuse dried elderflower in vodka for one day at room temperature.
