Vissoth Nam: “Annemarie at CLA Consulting created this cocktail with my direction that it should reflect the sensation of getting caught in the summer rain in the Cambodian countryside. A refreshing combination of gin mixed with locally grown basil, fresh pressed lime juice and tonic enhanced with our house-made tincture of Cambodia’s renowned kampot pepper, to give one a taste of pure Cambodian refreshment.”

60ml Gin
35ml Lime juice
20ml Basil infusion
10ml Kampot pepper tincture
Fresh mint leaves
Tonic water

Shake and double strain into a highball glass over ice and top up with tonic water. Garnish with lime wheel and mint leaves.
