60ml Monkey Shoulder
10ds Taiwan oolong tea bitters*
15ml Taiwan machilus honey reduction**
Build and stir over ice in an antique old fashioned glass, add a splash of soda, garnish with edible flowers and maraschino cherry.
*Tea bitters: 50g tea, 250ml vodka, 25g brown sugar.
**Honey reduction: Heat 300ml water with 150ml machilus honey at 120 degrees C for 15 minutes.
