40ml White rum
20ml Gin
15ml Lime juice
25ml Coconut puree
Lime leaves
Stir all ingredients in shaking tin and shake over ice. Strain into a balloon glass over ice then top with crushed ice, Angostura bitters and soda. Garnish with an orchid.
