Dairy Cocktails: Beijing Suan Nai

A simple dairy drink served in a glass or ceramic yoghurt pot, and a variation of a creation I put together for a consultancy project in Beijing.

35ml Vodka
20ml Amaretto
10ml Orgeat
10ml Honey
50ml Full-cream milk
50ml Unsweetened yoghurt
1ds Chocolate bitters

Mix the honey with the other ingredients in the bottom of a shaker, then shake and strain into a yoghurt pot and cover. All the ingredients except milk and yoghurt can also be batch prepared and 75ml poured to speed up preparation.
