Gibson Singapore: The Gibson

This recipe was first published in our story on Gibson in Singapore.

50ml Hendrick’s gin
5ml Dolin Vermouth de Chambery
1ds Monkey 47 gin

Mix all the ingredients together with ice, strain and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest and serve with a pickled pearl onion, smoked quail egg and smoked tsukemono.
