Luna Rossa by Naoto Ogawa

This drink first appeared in our feature on the Campari Bartender Asia finals

Campari
Bergamot liqueur
Grapefruit liqueur
Elderflower syrup
Fresh cream

Place all ingredients with crushed ice into a cocktail blender and blend. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with pink pepper and grapefruit peel.
