Matador by Rusty Cerven

This drink first appeared in our feature on The Double at 1880 in Singapore.

1880’s sweetened and spiced tequila sipper with bee-extracted bravado.

30ml Blanco tequila
30ml Dry vermouth
10ml Becherovka
2ds Propolis tincture

Stir all ingredients and serve up in a coupe. Garnish with a green tea chocolate coated almond.
