Pineapple Lemongrass Martini by Arcadius Rybak

This cocktail was first featured in our story on making ingredients out of waste.

50ml White rum
50ml Blended pineapple pulp
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Lemongrass syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into coupe glass.
