The Blind Pig at Social Eating House in Soho is a luxurious, dimly lit cocktail den where the drinks are always playful and expertly executed. This takes advantage of complex, very dark spirits which when combined create an almost black drink.
25ml Mr Black Cold Press Coffee Liqueur
10ml Cherry Heering
10ml Lemon juice
1ds Fernet Branca
Shake the ingredients with ice, strain into a highball glass and top with cherry cola. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry.
