60ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
30ml Original earth cordial*
Orange water spray
Matcha powder
Eucalyptus leaf
*Original Earth cordial: pine needles, angelica root, mineral water, caster sugar, rose water and citric acid.
Coat martini glass with matcha powder and attach eucalyptus leaf to stem. Combine all ingredients (except orange water spray) in mixing glass and stir down. Strain into martini glass over one large ice cube and spray with orange water.
