This drink first appeared in our feature on the MONIN Cup 2018 regional finals.
10ml MONIN passionfruit syrup
10ml Le Fruit de MONIN mango
5ml MONIN vanilla syrup
45ml Dark rum
45ml Aythaya red wine
20ml Fresh lime juice
5pcs Fresh mango
Combine all ingredients and shake. Double strain into a wine glass and garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
