Chocolate Negroni by Naren Young

This drink first appeared in our feature on how to really open up aperitivo in your bar.

30ml Gin
20ml Sweet vermouth
20ml Campari
7.5ml Dark crème de cacao
3ds Chocolate bitters

Stir and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and grated Valrhona chocolate.
