22.5ml VSOP cognac
7.5ml Novo Fogo barrel-aged cachaça
5ml Meletti Amaro
2.5ml Tonka syrup
1ds Bittered sling cherry
Stir the ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and discard.
