This cocktail was first featured in our story on honey in cocktails.

25ml Drambuie
25ml Salted cilantro-honey syrup*
25ml Apple juice
20ml Lime juice
50ml Club soda

Shake all ingredients except the soda, strain over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with sprouted coriander and bee pollen.

*Cilantro honey syrup: 120ml honey; 360ml water; 1/4 teaspoon sea salt; 10 whole coriander stems with leaves. Bruise the coriander and add to a bowl with water, salt, and honey. Stir and beat with a whisk. Let sit for 10 minutes, then strain.
