60ml Rhum JM VSOP
4 Griottines cherries
5ml Cherry Heering
1bsp Dark brown sugar
3ds Angostura Bitters
Muddle the cherries, then add sugar, bitters and 30ml of rum. Stir with 4 ice cubes. Add remaining rum, add more ice, garnish with orange zest and three more cherries on a stick.
