“Inspired by both the Spritz and the Negroni, my twist combines two iconic Italian drinks, balancing the sweetness of blackcurrant liqueur with the bitterness of Campari, while the bubbly gives a sparkly mouthfeel. It’s a delicious, playful drink for all occasions.”
20ml Dry vermouth
20ml Cassis liqueur
Build all ingredients in a wine glass then top with prosecco, stir well and serve. Garnish with a piece of edible lavender and one grapefruit twist.
