One of three winning drinks that handed Josh O’Brien the La Maison Cointreau title in 2016.

25ml Cointreau
40ml Silver tequila
20ml Lime juice
2pcs Pineapple

Shake and strain into a sling glass. Top with green curry soda.**

**Thai green soda:
Thai cordial: 21⁄2tbsp green curry paste; 2 cups sugar; 2 cups water.
Soda: 1 cup Thai cordial; 2 cups water; charge with 2 CO2 capsules.
