This drink first appeared in our feature on the MONIN Cup 2018 regional finals.
15ml MONIN cucumber syrup
10ml Le Fruit de MONIN yuzu
30ml Tanqueray 10 gin
30ml Korean cold noodle meat stock
10ml Fresh lime juice
2ds Celery bitters
Combine all ingredients and shake. Serve in sake glass and garnish with cucumber and pomegranate.
