The community of bartenders, and the love and respect when you serve somebody a drink that they genuinely enjoy.
What do you feel about girl power and feminism in your community?
Hong Kong’s got some badass women leading currently, and our industry is very accepting but among consumers you still see some prefer male barkeeps, so we still need to work on that.
