60ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
50ml Dummy red wine (a red wine flavour expression made from apple, dragon fruit, beetroot, lemon, cinnamon, clove, lavender and jasmine)
10ml Verjuice

Combine in large mixing jug and serve in tumblers.
