Flight 774a Vol.1 is a flight of IB HQ’s signature Old Fashioned Musa served three ways: the original, clarified and non-alcoholic. Below is the standard recipe for Musa:
50ml Banana infused Monkey Shoulder scotch
7.5ml Maple syrup
3ds Fee Brothers chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients together and in mixing glass, add ice and stir 10 to 15 times. Strain into a glass over ice and express oil from a lemon twist over the drink.
