Recipe: Three Stack by 28 HongKong Street
This drink first appeared in our feature on 28 HongKong Street’s new menu.
40ml Rutte celery gin
30ml Mancino Secco
10ml Lustau Fino
2ds Homemade pickling spice tincture
3 Drops homemade kale oil
Pickled carrot, green olives and kale chips, for garnish
Stir down in mixing glass filled with ice. Strain to Nick and Nora glass; finish with three drops of oil and serve with a sidecar of veggies.
