Singapore’s Flagship reckons they know exactly what pairs with rum, lighting up this rich tobacco and cacao-backed sipper with some extra smoke from an Islay whisky spray.
45ml Havana Club 7
2.5ml Dark creme de cacao
2.5ml Perique tobacco liqueur
1ds Angostura Bitters
2ds Amargo Chuncho bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice in an old fashioned glass, garnish with orange twist and finish with smoke spray.
