Stockton Negroni by Suraj Gurung

Bitter is better with this Cynar, Angostura and orange bitters Negroni.

30ml Dry gin
22ml Campari
30ml Sweet vermouth
15ml Cynar
3ds Angostura bitters
2ds Orange bitters
Orange oil

Pour ingredients into a tin, and throw between two tins. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with flamed orange peel.
