Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards has announced its Top 4 Nominees, ahead of winners announcement on July 27 in New Orleans.
Bars from Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok with Singapore clocking up the most entries and Asia dominating the Best International Hotel Bar and Best New International Cocktail Bar categories.
