Amora Amaro
45ml Amaro di Angostura
22.5ml Angostura bitters
30ml Simple syrup
30ml Lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice; double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried orange or a twist of lime.

Queen’s Park Swizzle 
60ml Angostura 1919 rum
30ml Demerara simple syrup
30ml Fresh lime juice
12-14 Mint leaves
6-8ds Angostura bitters

In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup; fill glass with crushed iced. Pour rum over ice and swizzle well until glass is frosted. Pack glass with more crushed ice and top with Angostura bitters. Garnish with mint leaves.

60ml Angostura 1919 rum
22.5ml Fresh lime juice
45ml Simple syrup
3ds Angostura bitters
