Triology Fashioned by Aki Wang

This drink first appeared in our feature on Old Fashioned Week 2018.

50ml Havana 7 rum
25ml Mancino Rosso Amaranto vermouth
10ds Umami bitters
3 drops Truffle oil
2 pieces Seaweed paper
2 pieces Pork jerky

Build and stir. Serve in an Old Fashioned Glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with seaweed and jerky.
