Two of the world’s best bars join forces to celebrate a birthday. For Quinary’s sixth anniversary, Luca Cinalli of Oriole in London will be making drinks from scratch exclusively for the Hong Kong institution over two days of celebrations, alongside Quinary’s Antonio Lai, Samuel Kwok and team.

Where: Quinary, 56-58 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Agung Prabowo, James Tamang & Roman Ghale (The Old Man, Hong Kong) at Union (Jakarta)
The mischievous trio of old men from Hong Kong’s best bar  – it debuted at number five on this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Bars list – will be taking over Union, in Prabowo’s native Jakarta, for one night. Showcasing their brand new menu, expect creative cocktails inspired by Ernest Hemingway novels.

Hiroyasu Kayama (Bar Benfiddich, Tokyo) at Three X Co (Kuala Lumpur)

When: July 7, 8pm-midnight.
