Meadow by Rusty Cerven

This drink first appeared in our feature on The Double at 1880 in Singapore.

A refreshing breath of Asian-scented air, served in the Members’ Lounge at 1880 members club in Singapore.

45ml Hendrick’s gin
20ml Yuzu juice
20ml Lemongrass and pandan cordial
80ml Carbonated Lapsang Souchong tea

Shake all ingredients and strain into an ice-filled highball.
