East Imperial Gin Jubilee 2017: Purple Aura by Thomas Ke

This recipe was first featured in our sponsored story on the East Imperial Gin Jubilee. 

A cross between an Aviation and a G&T, Thomas Ke from The Cannery Shanghai substitutes violet liqueur with a blueberry-sage cordial for a herbaceous bite.

45ml St. George Botanivore gin
East Imperial Old World Tonic
5ml Luxardo Maraschino
10ml House made blueberry and sage cordial
20ml Lemon juice

Stir and serve in a highball glass over ice. Top with East Imperial Old World Tonic and garnish with sage leaves.
