What it is The tequila is made from slow-cooked eight-year-old agave. The pina is baked, fermented with natural yeasts, twice-distilled in alembic stills and diluted, producing a blanco tequila at 40 per cent abv.

What it tastes like This process gives a nose that is fully saturated with cooked agave. Then, rich, round, and creamy whiffs of grapes and vanilla make way for some light citrus and saline high notes. The palate too, is rich, full-bodied and creamy. It’s clean, candid and pleasant, elegantly buoyed between sweetness and salinity, with a soft lemon falsetto and some spicy prickles as it exits.
