First created in 2003, this is the definitive modern classic swizzle – fantastically aromatic and refreshing, but still delivering a powerfully spirituous kick.

35ml Green Chartreuse
15ml Falernum
30ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice

Swizzle with crushed ice in a tall glass, top with more crushed ice and garnish with a combination of mint sprig, fresh nutmeg, a lime wheel or pineapple as the fancy takes you.
